Not 100% Satisfied? Here is How to get a redund

Once we send the items, we are not in control of what could happens in the destination country, so we can’t take any responsibility at this point. However, in really rare case, thinks can goes wrong. As your satisfaction is our priority, we will proceed to a refund for most cases.

My items are defective / I’m not satisfied :

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 7 days after receiving your products, you may either return your purchased product to us for a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal value. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

How will I be refunded for my return?

You can choose between three refund options : – Paypal transaction : For Paypal transaction you will be refunded 80% of the amount (why not 100% ? Because transactions include fees) – 7 days – Credit card : You will be refunded on the same credit card you pay with. 90% of the amount – Up to 20 days – Coupon : a coupon you can use whenever you want for paying in the Photographs Tavern. 100% of the amount – Immediately

I have to pay custom fees

To avoid any related-custom issue,you should check your custom country policy and be aware of additional fees. However, as your satisfaction still remains our priority, we will refund you 50% of the custom’s fee amount (but never more than the original product’s price).

My order is stuck for custom reasons

Our products are respecting the standards of most countries in the world. So if your item is stuck at custom (less 1% of our shipping), please wait for the inspection to end and release it (up to one month).
