Dallas Willard is an American philosopher, educator and writer. He was born on April 27th, 1934 in Redlands California. His parents were both educators and he credits them with his love of reading as well as his desire to be a scholar. In 1963 he graduated from Stanford University with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature.
